Course Overview
This course course equips health and social care staff with the knowledge and practical skills to reduce the risk of falls among vulnerable individuals, particularly older adults or those with mobility, sensory, or cognitive impairments. Falls can lead to serious injury, loss of independence, and increased care needs. This course promotes a proactive, person-centred approach to fall prevention, in line with NICE guidelines and CQC expectations for safe care.
