Course Overview
This course is designed for senior staff and safeguarding leads responsible for overseeing safeguarding policy, procedures, reporting, and culture within health, social care, or education settings. This advanced course supports compliance with the Care Act 2014, Children Act 1989/2004, Working Together to Safeguard Children, KCSIE, and CQC or Ofsted standards. It equips managers with the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills to coordinate safeguarding practices, manage complex concerns, and contribute to a safe organisational culture.
