The iCQ Level 1 Award in WorkSkills (RQF) provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to prepare for employment and succeed in the workplace. This short qualification focuses on developing confidence, communication, teamwork, and job-seeking abilities to help individuals progress into work or further training. | The Award is ideal for learners who are starting their journey into employment, preparing for an apprenticeship, or seeking to improve their employability skills in order to access new opportunities.

Units & Modules

Learners must complete units to achieve 3 credits in total. The qualification will be assessed by a portfolio of evidence.
