Overview

The iCQ Level 1 Award in Progression (RQF) is designed to support learners in developing the personal, social, and learning skills required to progress into further education, training, or employment. The qualification encourages learners to reflect on their strengths, build confidence, and prepare for the next stage of their learning or career journey. | It provides a flexible approach, allowing learners to select units that best match their individual needs and aspirations, covering areas such as personal development, employability, communication, and study skills.

Units & Modules

Learners complete a selection of units to reach the minimum 6-credit requirement. Assessment

The qualification will be assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Your personal assessor will conduct monthly meetings via Teams to review and develop your progress towards the qualification. | All assessments need to be passed, and each will directly assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the qualification.
