Overview

The iCQ Level 2 Award in WorkSkills (RQF) – 6 Credits is designed to strengthen the employability skills learners need to prepare for, secure, and progress in work. Larger than the 3-credit Award, this qualification provides broader coverage of key workplace competencies such as communication, teamwork, job applications, and personal development. | It is well-suited to learners looking for more than a short introduction but not yet ready to commit to the full Certificate (13 credits). The 6-credit Award offers a practical and flexible route into employability training and progression.

Units & Modules

To achieve the Award, learners must complete units totalling 6 credits. Assessment

The qualification will be assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Your personal assessor will conduct monthly meetings via Teams to review and develop your progress towards the qualification. | All assessments need to be passed, and each will directly assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the qualification.
