Overview

This certificate has been designed to provide students with all the necessary learning knowledge and understanding to work in a childcare role. | The purpose of this programme is to enable learners to improve their knowledge and understanding of the role of learning and development in a childcare environment. | Learners will investigate the legislative framework child carers operate within. | Learners will explore the range of personal and interpersonal skills which are required of individuals who work with children

Assessment

The qualification will be assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Your personal assessor will conduct monthly meetings via Teams to review and develop your progress towards the qualification. | All assessments need to be passed, and each will directly assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the qualification.
