The iCQ Level 3 Award in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles (RQF) is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding required for supervisory and team leader roles in the hospitality industry. | This qualification focuses on the principles of leadership, effective supervision, communication, customer service, and staff development within hospitality settings. Learners will develop an understanding of how to coordinate teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced service environment. | The Award is suitable for learners progressing from Level 2 hospitality qualifications, or for those already working in the sector who wish to move into supervisory or junior management roles.
To achieve the Award, learners must complete a selection of mandatory and optional units totalling at least 7 credits. The qualification will be assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Your personal assessor will conduct monthly meetings via Teams to review and develop your progress towards the qualification. | All assessments need to be passed, and each will directly assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the qualification.
