It covers topics such as person-centred care, communication, pain and symptom management, and supporting families during bereavement. The course is designed for individuals working in health and social care roles who are involved in supporting people receiving end-of-life care and who want to develop their skills and knowledge in this area.

The qualification will be assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Your personal assessor will conduct monthly meetings via Teams to review and develop your progress towards the qualification. | All assessments need to be passed, and each will directly assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the qualification.
