Overview

An advanced, work-based qualification that develops the knowledge, skills, and competence needed for senior roles in adult social care. It covers areas such as leadership, safeguarding, managing care services, person-centred practice, and supporting complex care needs. The course is designed for experienced care workers, senior support workers, or supervisors who want to progress into leadership or management roles within adult social care.

Assessment

The qualification will be assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Your personal assessor will conduct monthly meetings via Teams to review and develop your progress towards the qualification. | All assessments need to be passed, and each will directly assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the qualification.
