Overview

The iCQ Level 2 Award in WorkSkills (RQF) – 9 Credits is a flexible employability qualification that equips learners with the skills and confidence to prepare for, secure, and progress in work. It covers a wider range of employability skills than the 3-credit Award, enabling learners to develop practical abilities in communication, teamwork, job applications, interviews, and workplace problem-solving. | This medium-sized Award is ideal for individuals seeking to strengthen their employability profile, progress into apprenticeships, or move into new employment opportunities. It is also a good step-up for learners who want more than a short introduction (3 credits) but don’t yet want to commit to the larger Certificate (13 credits).

Units & Modules

To achieve the Award, learners must complete units totalling 9 credits.
