iCQ Level 3 Certificate in Workskills (RQF)

Overview

The iCQ Level 3 Certificate in WorkSkills (RQF) is designed to provide learners with advanced employability skills to prepare for higher-level job roles, apprenticeships, or further study. This qualification goes beyond basic work preparation and focuses on developing leadership, advanced communication, problem-solving, and planning skills. | Learners will also gain the confidence and knowledge to manage their own professional development, apply for more complex roles, and understand the expectations of working in a variety of industries.

Units & Modules

Learners must achieve at least 13 credits. Units may be selected to meet individual learner goals, employer needs, or career pathways. Assessment

The qualification will be assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Your personal assessor will conduct monthly meetings via Teams to review and develop your progress towards the qualification. | All assessments need to be passed, and each will directly assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the qualification.
