A qualification that develops the leadership and management skills required to run and manage health and social care or children and young people’s services. It covers areas such as leading practice, safeguarding, quality improvement, and managing teams and resources. The course is designed for managers, deputy managers, or those preparing for leadership roles in health, social care, or children’s services.

The qualification will be assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Your personal assessor will conduct monthly meetings via Teams to review and develop your progress towards the qualification. | All assessments need to be passed, and each will directly assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the qualification.
