Absolutely. We deliver on-site training anywhere in the UK. This is ideal for care homes, hospitals, supported living services and any organisation that needs to train multiple staff members. Our training centre is based at 90-92 Shirehampton Road, Bristol, BS9 2DR. We also have a satellite centre at Torbay Business Centre in Torquay. Individual learners and small groups are welcome to attend scheduled courses at either location.
Most of our short courses run for between half a day and a full day, depending on the topic. Some specialist courses such as Mental Health First Aid and Paediatric First Aid may run over two days. We also offer our Healthcare Mandatory Training Day which covers multiple essential topics in a single session — ideal for care staff needing to refresh several certifications at once.
Yes. Every learner receives a CPD accredited certificate upon successful completion of their course. Certificates are issued digitally and can be provided in hard copy on request. These certificates are valid proof of training for CQC inspections, employer audits and professional development portfolios.
